Chief Operating Officer Tony Simon has been named among a select group of executive management leaders in the Washington DC metropolitan area by Washington SmartCEO Magazine.
The Executive Management Awards program recognizes the achievements of the Washington area’s management all-stars, including chief financial officers, chief information officers, chief technology officers, chief operating officers, and other executive officers. Winners were selected based on their creative management vision, leadership philosophy, innovative strategy, and undeniable work ethic.
Simon provides oversight for Reston Limousine’s growth, creates strategic partnerships, practices market diversification, embraces the latest industry technology, and promotes the company’s regional, national and international presence. He has been a member of Reston Limousine’s executive management team for seven years. Simon is a Leadership Fairfax graduate, active in the National Limousine Association, is on the board of the industry organization Chauffeur Driven, and a Community Business Partnership volunteer counselor.
According to SmartCEO, its 2013 Executive Management Award winners collectively generate more than $2.58 billion in annual revenue and employ more than 14,400 individuals in the Washington area. This year’s winners will be recognized in the March issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at a gala awards ceremony on March 21 in Silver Spring, MD.
“All too often, senior leaders in an organization become unsung heroes. This is why SmartCEO designed the Executive Management Awards. This year’s winners are not only taking their companies and co-workers to new heights, but they are also leaders within the communities where we work and live,” said Jaime Nespor, group publisher of SmartCEO magazine.
